An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a vibrant financial start up. The successful candidate will find themselves being an integral part of the future success of this venture. You must be passionate about developing relationships with not only new clients, but also able to work closely with management within a rapidly developing new business. The role is based in Segensworth which is just a quick minute off the M27, offering excellent facilities, 10 minute walk from a train station and also located close to local amenities and shops.

Ideally you will have:

  • 8-12 months protection/life insurance sales experience.
  • Knowledge about major protection insurers and the products they offer.
  • Proven track record of having worked in a regulated sales environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure contact with clients is conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
  • To achieve monthly Sales targets and KPIs.
  • To ensure all relevant documentation and notes are accurately recorded and saved to the relevant system(s).
  • To ensure pipeline cases are managed efficiently.
  • To ensure excellent customer experience by placing the customer’s best interest at the heart of everything you do and recommend improvements where possible.
