We are incredibly excited to present a stellar opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to work with an esteemed West London based estate agency.

This agency is extremely well regarded in their area and are on the hunt for an experienced property professional with at least 2 years within the lettings field. They are particularly keen to take on someone with a strong drive to succeed, a talent for closing deals and a strong passion for and dedication to the industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Booking and attending Lettings valuations
  • Accompanying tenants on property viewings
  • Speaking with tenants and landlords in person, on the phone and by email to resolve queries
  • Gaining understanding of the customer’s needs and tailoring service accordingly
  • Taking care of payments (first month of rent, deposits and so on)
  • Keeping a detailed diary of applicants
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant legislation

To be successful you will need:

  • Two years minimum of experience in the lettings field
  • Fully competent with all Microsoft Office utilities and generally computer literate
  • Good communication and negotiating skills
  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Good at organising and prioritising your workload
  • Able to productively work alongside many kinds of people
  • A mind toward challenging yourself and progressing
  • Able to work well in a high pressure, fast-paced office
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
