The Role:

  • Brand ambassador
  • Managing sales team (2-3 people) to objectives and targets to deliver team P&L
  • Leading by example and supporting training & development program
  • Train & Develop Staff
  • Support & Drive Team BD Efforts
  • Managing staff; objective setting, KPIs, 1:1s, performance management
  • Running a profitable team of 2-3 sales heads

  • Basic salary + uncapped commission
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual rewards for meeting targets
